Enjoy the panoramic mountain views off the rear deck or cozy up to the firepit with 360 degree views. This cottage is 15 minutes from downtown Asheville, 10 minutes to the Blue Ridge Parkway and 8 minutes to Weaverville's cute main street. This certified green built home has everything you need for a relaxing, romantic or adventure filled stay in the gorgeous Smoky Mountains.

It features comfortable rocking Adirondack chairs (with convenient cup/wine holders), a dining table, and plenty of space for a morning yoga session (mats are provided for your stay!). Take your time and simply take in the beautiful views. 🌲 Discover Western North Carolina While your cottage is a quiet retreat, you are minutes away from incredible mountain adventures: • Charming Weaverville: We highly recommend a trip down to this great small town for coffee, groceries, checking out the great local restaurants, and exploring the cute gift and artisan shops. • The Blue Ridge Parkway: You are just minutes from an entrance connecting you to iconic spots like Mt. Mitchell (the highest elevation east of the Mississippi) or the trails of Smoky Mountain National Park. • Adventure Awaits: Spend a day exploring the historic Biltmore Estate, Chimney Rock state park, or discover a hidden hiking trail leading to a gorgeous waterfall—the adventures here are endless. • Reems Creek Golf Course: Just below from the cottage sits the golf course with absolutely amazing Mountain View's from every angle. Public play is available. If golfing isn't your thing stop by the restaurant for a great bite to eat. 🦌 A Note from Nature Our front yard is a natural wildlife crossing! Guests often enjoy seeing our visitors, who can appear anytime but mostly in the evening, walk the trails right from the kitchen window. We've been fortunate to share the property with turkeys, deer, raccoons, bobcats, coyotes, and even black bears. 🗝️ Designed for the View The home was built in August of '25 and features beautiful 360-degree views. To maximize your mountain experience, we intentionally do not have window coverings in the main room of the house (except for light drapes on the living room window).

Other Details to Note

Please Note: The property is very private and best suited for adults. For safety reasons related to potential fall and burn hazards, this home is not suitable for small children. Maximum occupancy of 2 is strictly enforced regardless of age. There are two Ring cameras recording video and audio on the property. One is on the pumphouse and the other by the front door of the cottage. Both are recording the driveway areas. AWD/4WD is required to access the property as sections of the road are steep. No EV charging is allowed. During Winter/Spring of '26 there will be construction vehicles accessing our road onto the upper part of the ridge line Monday-Friday and potentially on Saturdays. During the initial phases of construction there may be some noises heard from the cottage but should be minimal as the locations are separated by height and distance, the cottage remains very private. Summer/Fall of '26 construction will continue but should be mostly limited to the interior of the home under construction.

House Rules

• The maximum occupancy is two (2) guests, regardless of age. • House is on a septic system. Do not dispose of food scraps in the sink. Only toilet paper may be flushed. • Moving furniture or artwork is not permitted. • Event-specific decorations (e.g., birthdays, holidays) require prior written approval. • Report any malfunctions or accidental damage via the booking app immediately so we can address the issue promptly. • Please remove shoes while inside the home. • Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the home, on the deck, and on the front porch. • Candle burning and open flames are not allowed. • Charging of electric vehicles is not permitted on the premises. • Do not place your feet on the stainless cables on the deck. • Do not use the 'AC' if the outside temperature is below 65 degrees, this includes using the 'Auto' setting on the thermostat.

We had a great stay here it has gorgeous Mountain Views and a space the compliments those views very nicely. In addition the bathroom and furniture is all very beautiful and designed nicely. 10/10 recommend and will revisit in the future.

Was a wonderful weekend get away for my wife and I was great to be out doors and to be in such a beautiful space. Mrs. Jen was extremely nice kind and helpful throughout the whole weekend spent. I wish I stayed longer! Was definitely worth it and will be looking to do it again in the new year!

This lovely house is the most pleasant one I've ever lived in. I am very grateful to the hosts for creating such a cozy and sweet atmosphere in this place. I was vacationing with my spouse and this home is the best solution in the neighborhood for a secluded time.

The place is a wonderful place to stay. It’s great for 2 people. You are close enough to Weaverville, or even Asheville isn’t far away to go find things to do. A 4x4 or AWD car is for sure needed. When it turns on the gravel road just keep driving straight and you’ll get there!! Both Nate and Jen were helpful with any questions and I highly recommend the place!!
